We send all goods via a national courier.

Once you have placed an order, tracking information would be emailed within 48 hours. 

So that you can track goods online. 

We often have to send heavy large/bulky items via a specialist courier. The wait time for those deliveries is slightly longer. 

The specialist service can take up to 10 working days. 

If Samples are ordered. Please allow 3-10 working days from the date of order. 

Sample boxes are posted via Royal Mail 1st Class.
