How long will my Free Sample order take?
We aim to get your sample with you within 48 Hours (2 working days). All our samples are posted with Royal Mail and are tracked. Samples are posted through your letter box.
How long will my order take to deliver?
Orders generally take 5-7 working days for delivery. Special order items such as (example Karndean) will take around 10 working days.
How can I return my item?

Will you restock items 'Out of Stock'?
Yes we will but may take a few weeks. Please message to get a rough estimate date.
